Full Service Listings are available in Viriginia within 50 miles of our Herndon, VA office. The fee listed below includes all listed services by the listing broker. Full service listings require a $500 marketing fee paid up front with the remainder due at settlement. There are no additional administrative or commission fees due as part of the listing service.
Limited service listings are used for placing your property in the MLS (Realtor database) that will also send your listing out to the major real estate websites (Realtor.com, Redfin, Zillow, etc.) These are also known as MLS placement listings. This service is available to sellers and landlords anywhere in Virginia.
This is a onetime payment, paid upfront, with nothing due at settlement. This includes a seller written property description and up to 25 photos provided by property owner.
