Let us guide you on your journey through the home buying process! This service is available to buyers in the counties of Fairfax, Arlington, Loudoun, and Prince William as well as the cities of Alexandria and Falls Church.

Services for buyers:

$7,500

Access to listing database and property searches
Consultation and step by step guidance through the home buying process
Offer preparation, presentation, and negotiation
Transaction Management - guidance throughout the contract period and coordination with lender, seller, listing agent, settlement agent, inspectors, etc.
Coordinate and attend inspections
Final walk-through of property prior to settlement
Review of ALTA/settlement statement.

Home Tours:

$50

Private tour of homes listed in the MLS. This service is not included in the $7,500 service fee listed above. If you purchase a home using our buyer agency services the $50 fee for up to 5 homes will be credited towards your fees at settlement.
This fee is per home and due at the time of the home tour.

*All buyers must sign a buyer's agency agreement prior to viewing any properties. Flat fee is due at settlement. We will do our best to negotiate this fee to be paid by the seller as part of the sales contract. However, if it is not paid by the seller the fee will be due from the buyer at settlement. Listing agents are no longer allowed to advertise seller paid commissions.
