Our Broker/Owner
Adrian Appling is the broker/owner of Virginia Residential Realty. Adrian has been a part of the Virginia real estate scene for 25 years, a licensened sales agent for 20 years, and a Broker for 4 years. Adrian has served on several leadership commitees and is a member of the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club. Adrian was raised in central Virginia, graduated from Longwood University, and currently resides in Herndon, VA.
